Availability
Fall, 2026 (September and October)
We have many openings in November including weekends. Call if interested.
Winter, 2027 (November 2026 through March, 2027)
Both buildings have numerous openings in November and December, 2026 (except for Christmas week). The Climber’s Lodge has the following nights open in the winter of 2027: any nights after 3/8/27. The Guide’s House has the following nights open: 1/1 – 1/5 and any nights after 3/16/27. 3 night minimum applies except in March.
Spring, 2027
We have numerous dates open in the Spring months of 2027 (May and June). Call if interested.
Summer, 2027 (July and August)
The Climber’s Lodge is open the following nights (3 night minimum): 7/26 – 8/1 and 8/20 – 8/30. The Guide’s House is open the following nights (3 night minimum): 7/19 – 7/22 and 8/25 – 8/30. These are some of the best dates of the summer!
Fall, 2027 (September – October)

LODGING POLICIES
Our plan is to continue offering just group lodging from now on. We will rent both of our buildings – The Guide’s House and The Climber’s Lodge – to self-contained groups/families only. We will not offer any meals. For smaller groups and families, or for longer stays, we will offer reduced rates. Call us to discuss – 518-576-2041.
Because we live next-door, we can talk with our guests outside and answer questions/give advice as needed – especially regarding excellent hiking, climbing, paddling, swimming and skiing options.
Reservations can be made online for one or both buildings or simply by calling us. We now have a 3 night minimum for all new bookings (except for the months of May and June and when listed otherwise). We sometimes are lenient on this requirement (weekdays etc.) so call to discuss.
