Two Well-Appointed Lodges, Perfect for Groups…
Because of our unique set up and location, Rock and River’s Group Rental program has become extremely popular! Options include renting just the Climber’s Lodge, just the Guide’s House, or both buildings together. Our facilities work well for family reunions, a group of friends, small families, outing clubs, schools, corporate retreats etc. We’ve had all of the above stay here before and have had great success tailoring the stay to each individual group’s needs (including flexible pricing options).
We recommend calling us if you have a group looking for a great lodging experience to discuss options. Please note – we no longer rent out individual rooms and we no longer serve breakfasts (kitchens exist in both buildings). Also, for all new bookings, a three night minimum stay is required (although we do allow 2 night stays during non-busy periods)…
A flat Gratuity on group rentals is applied as follows: $140 for the Climber’s Lodge, $160 for the Guide’s House and $300 for both buildings. The length of stay is irrelevant. Our only other fee is taxes which totals 5% of the lodging fee…
A rates table is listed below followed by a description and photos of each building…Please note that for all bookings for stays after 1/1/24, our per night rate for each building will increase by $75…
LODGE | COST PER NIGHT | SLEEPS |
---|---|---|
Climber’s Lodge | $650 | 12 |
